JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist supports the department with a broad range of HR functions including recruiting and onboarding, policies and procedures, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and general HR activities. The HR Generalist works closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals. This role provides guidance to supervisors and staff at the corporate office, nonprofits and operating companies regarding HR practices and policies.
