The Resource is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for our client in the Greensboro, NC area!

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance initiatives, and workforce engagement programs. What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a key resource for employees and supervisors while helping ensure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are applied consistently throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, conflict resolution, and workplace issue management.
• Partner with supervisors and managers to address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Assist with corrective action processes, performance management, and related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employee transitions, and offboarding activities.
• Participate in new-hire orientation programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS information remains accurate and up to date.
• Support HR compliance efforts, reporting requirements, audits, and special projects.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or other fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations practices.
• Experience with workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
