LHH is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our clients daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will manage timekeeping, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and general HR support for approximately 160 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timekeeping for hourly and salaried employees (weekly and bi-weekly payroll)
  • Work within timekeeping spreadsheets every Monday to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Handle full-cycle onboarding and assist with offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits enrollment, partnering with a third-party benefits provider
  • Support employee relations, workers compensation, FMLA, and leaves of absence
  • Assist with leased vehicle paperwork, including insurance and registration

Qualifications

  • 36 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work 100% on-site

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
