This role is onsite 5 days/week, based out of our distribution facility in Carol Stream, IL, also supporting Itasca, IL and Romeoville, IL.
Overview:
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support which includes driving the effective execution of HR processes including talent management, performance management and associate engagement. This position provides coaching and guidance to management and associates and recommends solutions to business issues. The HR Generalist will partner closely with HRBPs and other HR functions to provide solutions that drive the company's success. The HR Generalist is approachable, adaptable to changing priorities and business needs and is solutions oriented.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Level of Formal Education: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
Area of Study: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in related field
Type of Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
3+ years of work experience in the HR field including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding / offboarding, record keeping and compliance
Preferred: Oracle HCM experience; experience generating regular and ad-hoc reports tailored to HR metrics
Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
Special Certifications: PHR, SPHR or GPHR

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $58,500/year to $80,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
