Client Overview:
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on community development and social impact, is expanding its Human Resources team and looking to bring on an HR Generalist (Compensation). The organization operates in a collaborative, fast-growing environment and values equity, transparency, and employee engagement.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $40/hr
Position Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong compensation background to support its growing HR function. This role will play a key part in compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, and job architecture while partnering closely with hiring managers on workforce planning and retention initiatives. The position begins as a temporary assignment with the potential to convert to permanent and is based in Manhattan with a hybrid schedule.
