Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: 0-12+ Months Shift: Part Time Shift (Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun) Pay Rate: $24.00/Hour on w2. Wednesdays: 8 AM – 1 PM • Fridays: 4 PM – 10 PM • Saturdays: 3 PM – 11 PM • Sundays: 7 AM – 1 PM

Duties:

• You will be responsible for scheduling on-site hourly crews for defined shifts on our production floor and maintaining appropriate scheduling records (Leave of Absences, Vacation, and Bereavement) for the facility.
• You will be the primary contact for the hourly workforce and will be responsible for scheduling training, company functions, and community events.
• You will be serving as the liaison to Supervisors and other staff to understand the production demand to schedule employees accordingly.
• You will also support employee development initiatives through training and the development of plant leadership.
• You will maintain accurate reporting of labor for each shift, entering employee attendance into appropriate databases and creating individual and summary trend reports.
• Some of the reports you manage will include Monthly Hours Not Worked and Overtime Reports per the collective bargaining agreement.
• You will be responsible for the compliance of Food Safety within the plant including proper sanitary conditions, allergen control, pest control as well as other policies and procedures.
• Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualification:

• High School Diploma/GED or International Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or workforce management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining scheduling records.
• Experience in communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders (supervisors, plant staff, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for record management and reporting.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing schedules.
• SAP and Kronos knowledge.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• General knowledge of the food industry and manufacturing practices
