Position Overview:We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support all facets of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records

• Provide guidance to staff on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution

• Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files and documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with HRIS systems preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
