HR Generalist & Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

ND Landscape Services is seeking an organized and dependable HR Generalist & Customer Service Representative to support our employees, recruiting efforts, customers, and daily office operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping keep processes organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee changes, and leave administration.
• Support seasonal hiring and subcontractor onboarding.
• Maintain HR and recruiting systems.

Customer Service & Office Support

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
• Document and route customer requests and service concerns.
• Communicate scheduling and service updates.
• Assist with invoices, statements, mailings, and general office tasks.
• Support customer communications and basic marketing activities.

Qualifications

• HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• HRIS or applicant tracking system experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
