HR GENERALIST

HR Generalist – Temporary | Onsite | $35-$50/hr (doe) | Bridgeport, CT

Our client, an established manufacturing company in Bridgeport, CT is looking for a HR Generalist. 

Summary

Hands-on HR Generalist responsible for Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

·       Serve as HR contact and assist with answering any questions from floor shop employees to management level.

·       Help resolve employee issues/concerns.  Stay calm under pressure.

·       Manage current benefits program.

·       Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

Requirements

·       3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience.  Experience in Manufacturing Plant a BIG PLUS.

·       Associate’s Degree in HR or Business preferred.

·       Able to work independently and manager multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environment.

·       Able to interact with confidence, build trust and rapport and provide advice.

·       Demonstrate problem-solving skills.

·       Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

·       Strong time management and intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).

·       Solid verbal and written communication skills.

 

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
