This position serves as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership while also providing administrative and front office support. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced small business setting.
This role is 100% onsite in Roseville, is direct hire with full benefits and offers an annual salary between $60-69K annnually.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting and personnel records
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes
- Partner with leadership on employee relations matters
Benefits & Payroll Administration
- Support employee benefits enrollment and changes
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities
- Assist with payroll processing and related HR transactions
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries
Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities
- Assist with HR policy administration and compliance initiatives
- Help ensure HR practices align with employment regulations and company guidelines
Administrative & Front Office Support
- Welcome visitors and support front desk operations
- Manage incoming calls and general office inquiries
- Partner with multiple departments to support day-to-day business operations
- Assist with special projects and administrative needs as assigned
You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
Have 3+ years of HR experience and genuinely enjoy being the go-to person for employees
Can jump from recruiting a great candidate to helping with benefits questions without missing a beat
Know your way around employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations
Can communicate with everyone from leadership to new hires and make people feel comfortable
Are organized enough to keep multiple projects moving without living in a constant state of chaos
Love checking things off your to-do list and catching the details others miss
Bonus Points If You...
Have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
