HR Generalist

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a HR Generalist in Lavonia, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, entering orders, and overall customer satisfaction. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In a HR Generalist role youll be responsible for: 

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal/external audits
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Support payroll processing 
• Performing administrative duties

Preferred:

• Experience with ADP/ ADP Workforce Now NextGen
• SHRM or HRCI Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance
