Description
HR Generalist
A leading liquids manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will assist in all areas of HR, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefitsadministration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with both management and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance documentation.
Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Partner with management to improve employee engagement and retention.
Support HR initiatives including training, safety programs, and performance reviews.
Prepare reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of HR generalist or related HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
