    Responsibilities:

    • Support full-cycle recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
    • Administer employee benefits and address routine employee inquiries.
    • Provide support with employee relations and general HR administrative functions.
    • Contribute to HR initiatives, including engagement programs and company events.
    • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development efforts.
    • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
    • Participate in HR team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts.
    • Manage routine administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or HR administrative role.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases preferred.
    • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable labor laws.
    • Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
    • Professional certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
