Duration: 06 Months Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

About the Role

• The HR Generalist II administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. The role collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• The HR Generalist II will support multiple organizations through a pool model and will assist with HR matters including investigations, performance management, compensation, and general HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
• Support HR investigations and employee-related concerns.
• Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations to management.
• Process paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures.
• Support performance management, compensation, and general HR inquiries.
• Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Work with Employee Relations, Legal partners, HRBPs, Compensation Partners, and different teams.
• Support multiple organizations through the pool model.
• Provide HR support and assist with matters involving employees.
• Work through issues, ask questions, and provide an environment that helps unblock people and provides support.
• Maintain appropriate HR documentation and information.
• Perform a variety of tasks across different HR functional areas.
• Work under general supervision while using judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Use a certain degree of creativity and latitude when handling HR-related responsibilities .

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Corporate HR Experience.
• Experience with HR investigations.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Experience with performance management.
• Understanding of compensation and related HR processes.
• Experience administering HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas.
• Experience processing HR paperwork and maintaining HR documentation.
• Ability to collect and analyze HR data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with different HR teams and organizations.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources.
• Ability to work under general supervision and use judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic HR experience .
• Experience working with multiple organizations or business teams.
• Experience preparing employee communications related to compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience communicating through Slack or similar collaboration tools.
• Understanding of using AI and creating prompts.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to different HR matters.
