Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage and maintain labor management systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Administer workers' compensation programs and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Oversee workplace safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) management initiatives.
  • Utilize ERP software to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership and people management within an HR context.
  • Strong knowledge of labor management systems and relevant HR practices.
  • Experience with workers’ compensation and workplace safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with ERP software and its application in HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
