In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the efficient management of HR functions. You will work closely with employees and management to address HR-related matters, promote a positive workplace culture, and help drive organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include:Employee Relations: Counsel supervisors and managers on HR policies and procedures, performance concerns or office relationships, support the annual performance review process, and guide leaders in creating a positive workplace culture.HR Data/HRIS: Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
