Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a HR Generalist III for their Whitakers, NC location.

Responsibilities:

Handle all employee relations activites
Counsel and coach managers
Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
Own and update HR processes
Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system

Requirements:

Ability to work independently
Strong problem solving skills
Experience with influencing and coaching
Ability to work with various personalities
Experience working with confidential information
Solid foundational HR expertise
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
