Job Description
 
The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.
 
This is a trial position, as the company has not previously had HR support during 3rd shift hours but is looking to test this out. Should it go well, there is potential for this assignment to be extended.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle all employee relations activites
  • Counsel and coach managers
  • Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
  • Own and update HR processes
  • Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
  • Ability to work independentl
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with influencing and coaching
  • Ability to work with various personalities
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Solid foundational HR expertise
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
