HR Generalist

Location: Irvine

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $80000 - $90,000

Travel: Montebello (10%)

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a range of human resources functions across multiple office locations. This role will focus on recruitment, employee data management, leave administration, learning and development, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Track and report recruiting and onboarding metrics
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (SAP, Dayforce)
  • Partner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA), including documentation and return-to-work coordination
  • Support employee training and development initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding, engagement programs, and performance review cycles
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws (wage & hour, FMLA, ADA)
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, Dayforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
