Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Irvine with occasional travel to the Montebello office.)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000 DOE

Our client, a global leader in the professional equipment industry, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations across two Southern California locations. This highly visible role offers broad exposure to talent acquisition, HR compliance, employee data management, leave administration, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional-level positions, including sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain recruitment and onboarding metrics, providing insights and reporting to HR leadership.
  • Manage employee data administration within HRIS platforms and partner closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain organizational structures and employee records to support payroll processing, cost center alignment, and workforce reporting.
  • Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave regulations.
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators regarding leave documentation, benefits continuation, and return-to-work processes.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, maintaining records, and assisting with implementation efforts.
  • Partner with the HR team on onboarding, employee engagement programs, performance review cycles, company events, and community initiatives.
  • Assist with HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior HR leadership.

Qualifications
Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
