The HR Generalist, IT provides human resources services in one or more of the following functions: employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development and recruiting.

We're Looking for You:

The HR Generalist, IT partners with Sr HR Manager/supervisor to ensure accurate, timely and consistent execution of HR processes and policies. The HR Generalist, IT is the primary front-line HR contact for staff and managers managing day-to-day HR inquiries and providing transactional support. Reports to Sr HR Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

HR Operations & Administration
  • Workday data entry and transactions
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • HR data management and reporting
  • Recruitment support
Employee Support & Compliance
  • Benefits and leave administration guidance
  • Administration of location changes, personal move requests, home office updates
  • Advice on standard HR practices
Communication & Team Support
  • General HR communications, updates, and reminders
  • Supports Sr. HR Manager on initiatives and projects
  • Partners with People Team centers of excellence on shared objectives

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders .
  • Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.
Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $67,000 - $89,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
