This is an onsite position supporting our team in a warehouse environment within the Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate has HR experience in onsite operations or supporting a labor based team, can navigate employee relations matters, and enjoys being a visible, approachable HR resource for frontline employees.
SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist will support dedicated portions of the company across a span of HR processes, assist employees with questions, and deliver HR services and programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will build strong partnerships with our employees and operations in order to support the culture, HR Department goals, and business objectives of our company.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Management, or related field strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an HR dedicated role is required. Experience handling employee relations is preferred. Experience supporting warehousing or front line labor employees strongly preferred. Experience with Workday or UKG preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and effectively use HRIS applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise good judgment in dealing with sensitive information. Ability to utilize independent judgement. Strong knowledge of legal requirements and standards around HR practices. Ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and with a strong sense of self-motivation. Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a changing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to sufficiently read, speak, and write on a professional level. Comfortable presenting to and communicating with a range of employees and managers.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is performed climate-controlled environment in an office setting with adequate ventilation. Position may be assigned to an on-site facility where exposure to warehouse working conditions is possible.
