A growing organization in the Kalamazoo area is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while helping create a positive employee experience. What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  

• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

  
  
• 
  

• Coordinate onboarding activities, employee changes, and offboarding documentation

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure employee records remain accurate

  
  
• 
  

• Enter and update employee information within the HRIS

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with recruiting by posting openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process

  
  
• 
  

• Prepare and update HR forms, job descriptions, and other internal documents

  
  
• 
  

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

  
  
• 
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

• Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or an HR support role

  
  
• 
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills

  
  
• 
  

• Experience using an HRIS or other employee database systems

  
  
• 
  

• Familiarity with onboarding, personnel records, recruiting, or other HR processes

  
  
• 
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  
  
•
