This contract opportunity (possible extension or direct hire for the right candidate) offers a starting pay rate range of $22 to $25.28hour (benefits are available).
Position is 100% onsite.
Job Description: Administer the hourly employment office functions and processes, assist with workforce analysis, deployment and people power management based on contractual obligations and corporate policies. Manage the day-to-day Employment window functions: leave tracking, reinstatements, general employee questions and support, records management, etc. Implement the onboarding orientation sessions for the HBU workforce. Support the implementation and execution of our lean manufacturing methodology. Drive a positive workplace culture by supporting plant employee engagement initiatives. Assist with the administration of the national and local collective bargaining agreements
