Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to deliver responsive, confidential human resources support to employees and operations leadership. This role blends full cycle recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

• Three to five years of Human Resources experience required, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Payroll processing, benefits administration, and open enrollment experience preferred.
• Experience with BambooHR, Paylocity, or similar HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer and office equipment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds of files or office supplies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Duties

• Manage full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, background checks, and onboarding, through an applicant tracking system.
• Deliver employee relations support, including investigations, documentation, coaching, and HR guidance.
• Process payroll accurately and support benefits administration, including open enrollment.
• Maintain the HR inbox and employee records, ensuring timely, confidential, and compliant support for employees, managers, and operations leadership.
