We partner with clients across multiple industries to deliver strategic HR solutions that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Our team values professionalism, responsiveness, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.What You Will DoAs an HR Generalist you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client accounts by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support. Responsibilities include:
Advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters
Conducting workplace investigations and preparing documentation and recommendations
Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
Developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs
Conducting HR audits and helping clients maintain compliance with employment laws
Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
Supporting organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements
Traveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA
Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
