Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles at the Malden and Wilmington facilities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of paperwork, required training, system setup, and a positive first-day experience. Partner with temporary staffing agencies to coordinate temporary labor needs, support production staffing requirements, monitor agency performance, and assist with conversion opportunities where appropriate.
