HR Generalist - Manufacturing | Bilingual Spanish/English

Direct Hire | Full-Time | On-Site | $55K-60K

About the Opportunity

Our client is an electronics manufacturing company experiencing major growth. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, solving problems, and being part of a team that is building something new.

You'll work closely with employees, managers, and suppliers to support large recruitment projects, keep day-to-day HR running smoothly, and help create a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

·Be a helpful HR contact for employees, managers, and staffing partners.

·Coordinate with staffing suppliers on high-volume recruitment projects, including updates, candidate flow, and follow-up.

·Support employee relations, workplace questions, and basic conflict resolution.

·Help administer HR policies and keep processes aligned with employment laws.

·Assist with benefits, open enrollment, and employee questions.

·Support performance management, training, and employee development activities.

·Process payroll accurately and on time for hourly and salaried employees.

·Jump in where needed to support a growing HR team.

What We're Looking For

·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

·Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.

·Up to 3 years of HR experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.

·Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable style.
