EMI Health is looking for an HR Generalist who loves variety, people, and getting things done. You'll be a go-to resource for employees and hiring managers — owning recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and the programs that make this a great place to work. What You’ll Do- Recruit and hire — post openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, guide managers on offers, and deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact to day one
- Own onboarding — build and run the new-hire experience from offer acceptance through the first six months, including orientation, paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system access
- Administer benefits — manage medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and leave programs; support annual open enrollment; partner with carriers and payroll for accurate, timely coverage
- Support employees and managers — answer policy and benefits questions, maintain accurate HRIS records (Paycor), advise supervisors on employee relations, and keep us compliant with federal, state, and local employment law
- Drive engagement and culture — run our monthly recognition program, milestone awards, wellness initiatives, and company events including the summer and holiday parties
What We're Looking For- 2–3+ years in HR (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or employee programs)
- Knowledge of employment law, strong confidentiality and judgment.
- HRIS/ATS experience (Paycor preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
