Description
- Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interview scheduling across multiple open positions
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure interview processes stay on track and stakeholders remain informed
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collect and manage interview feedback while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Welcome and assist candidates during onsite interviews
- Support recruiting operations, reporting, and administrative projects
- Assist with process improvements and additional HR projects as needed
Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar administrative role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting or operations environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) are a strong plus
