Description
- Support day-to-day HR operations for corporate and retail employees
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Assist with performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Support leave administration, compliance, and employment documentation
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding
- Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Profile
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience within a retail environment (required)
- Luxury retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer retail experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with an HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and manage competing priorities
