Job TitleHR GeneralistJob DescriptionSupport day-to-day HR operations for corporate and retail employees. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Assist with performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation. Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy. Support leave administration, compliance, and employment documentation. Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding. Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements. Luxury retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer retail experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience with an HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
