  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Process employee status changes, compensation updates, promotions, and terminations.

  • Assist with payroll changes and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing.

  • Draft HR communications, policies, employment letters, and other documentation.

  • Support performance review and merit increase processes.

  • Assist with immigration, relocation, and onboarding documentation as needed.

  • Coordinate compliance training and maintain training records.

  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Assist with annual HR initiatives including Open Enrollment, compensation reviews, compliance reporting, and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.

  • Participate in special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

The Skills You'll Contribute to Our Diverse Team:

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, COBRA, and other employment-related regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
