We are seeking a HR Generalist will work with Corporate HR and field locations with a wide variety HR needs as they arise. As part of the Corporate HR Team, this position will help foster and further build a culture relating to our Fundamental Values, deeply rooted in excellence, honesty, fairness, respect, and teamwork. The HR Generalist will help the HR team continue transforming our services to the business by generating insights, identifying needs, and translating those needs into actionable practices. Working alongside other HR leaders and team members, this role will also assist in developing and delivering solutions tied to the organizational and department goals. This position will play a key role with HR compliance as it relates to federal, state and local laws and regulations and identifying/updating policies, training, systems, and best practices for the organization. This position will also support, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
