Serve as the primary HR point of contact for supervisors and managers across the U.S. and Canada. Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance concerns, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, investigations, and workplace issues. Partner with managers to proactively identify solutions and recommend appropriate courses of action on employee-related matters. Lead onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation, employee transitions, and exit interviews. Facilitate recurring new hire orientation and manager training programs. Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence while building strong partnerships across the organization. Support HR projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operational activities as part of a collaborative HR team. Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices. Assist with employee engagement efforts and organizational initiatives as needed.

Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred. Strong employee relations experience, including performance management, attendance management, corrective action, and workplace investigations. Proven ability to build credibility and establish strong working relationships with managers and employees. Confident operating independently and providing HR recommendations and guidance directly to business leaders. Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational teams. Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee populations is preferred. Manufacturing, industrial, field service, logistics, transportation, or safety-focused industry experience is highly desirable. Experience supporting DOT-regulated workforces, CDL drivers, or Hazmat employees is a plus. Able to work fully onsite near North Lauderdale, FL.
