The

Human

Resources

Generalist

assists

with

the

planning,

coordination,

and

support

of

the

Human

Resources

office

to

promote

efficient

operations,

support

District

personnel,

and

advance

the

vision

of

the

Department

of

Personnel

and

Culture

in

alignment

with

the

District's

goals

and

mission.

Review

applications

and

new-hire

documentation

for

completeness

and

accuracy,

including

administrator

submissions,

licensure

records,

personnel

records,

official

transcripts,

and

medical

forms

Prepare

and

distribute

new-hire

packets;

review

and

approve

employment

forms

in

Frontline;

and

enter

placement

and

other

employee

information

into

applicable

systems

Coordinate

new-employee

orientation,

background

checks,

Form

I-9

completion,

E-Verify

processing,

and

other

required

pre-employment

clearances

for

employees,

contracted

personnel,

and

student

teachers

Maintain

the

engagement

tracking

timeline

for

early

hires

and

the

District

Property

Checklist

for

exiting

employees

Prepare

the

Board

of

Education

personnel

report,

including

new

hires,

leaves

of

absence,

resignations,

notices

of

intent

to

retire,

and

reassignments

Prepare

and

distribute

required

confidential

personnel

information

to

ACME

and

CMEA

through

the

personnel

report

Administer

the

attendance

incentive

process

and

complete

the

five-year

MVOAY

and

Sex

Offender

Registry

cross-check

report

Coordinate

technology,

email,

equipment,

and

identification-card

requests

for

new

employees

Maintain

accurate

employee

information

in

Qmlativ

and

notify

applicable

departments

of

changes

to

employee

names,

addresses,

and

telephone

numbers

Prepare

correspondence,

frequently

asked

questions,

quick-reference

guides,

and

other

Human

Resources

documents

Assist

with

compiling

files

and

information

for

legal

matters

and

prepare

personnel

files

for

employee

review

Serve

as

the

department

contact

for

Accurate

Biometrics,

E-Verify,

and

DCFS

CANTS

checks

Use

and

maintain

proficiency

in

applicable

systems,

including

Microsoft

Office,

Central,

Recruiting

and

Hiring,
