What You'll Do

Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment efforts
Assist employees with benefit questions and enrollment changes
Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation
Partner with managers on HR policies and employee concerns
Maintain employee records and HR compliance initiatives
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR programs

What We're Looking For

Experience working in an HR department in a Generalist capacity
Hands-on benefits administration experience
Exposure to employee relations and workplace investigations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
