$55,000 - $62,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support payroll coordination and reporting
- Partner with managers on employee relations and HR matters
- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Assist with performance management and HR projects
Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred:
- HR or payroll experience
- Paylocity or QuickBooks experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
