Job Description/Responsibilities:

Join Sazerac in a high-impact HR Generalist role supporting our Western Spirits Division. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support key HR programs across the business. You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support
  • Support recruiting efforts, including building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives using employee feedback and survey insights
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and support training and development programs
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or similar role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work full-time onsite

Preferred:

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
  • Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions
