HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, and candidate communication
• Develop new recruiting pipelines through social media, networking, schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and hiring events to attract qualified talent
• Administer pre-employment screenings, background checks, and credential verification processes
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs while ensuring compliance with required documentation
• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance initiatives, including I-9 and E-Verify requirements
• Generate recruiting metrics and reports through HRIS platforms
• Process employee status changes, transfers, schedule updates, and separations
• Support workforce scheduling and staffing vacancy tracking
• Assist with employment verifications, record management, special projects, and general HR administrative functions
• Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed
