Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Generalist/Recruiter located in Memphis, TN.

Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiter for the Memphis site, leading full-cycle hiring for direct labor positions while supporting key HR initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for direct labor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 verification, and Workday transactions.
• Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and other site HR programs.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
• 6-12 months of HR experience; managing multiple requisitions and supporting high-volume hiring strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, Workday is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to maintain confidentiality
