Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a background in construction who enjoys being involved in all areas of Human Resources?
We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to join a growing organization in San Dimas, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety—you’ll support everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce
Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees
Process weekly multi-state payroll
Support employee relations and workplace concerns
Administer benefits and the company’s 401(k) plan
Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations
Maintain confidential employee records and HR data
Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel
Coordinate domestic and international business travel
Support additional HR projects and initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING:
At least 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
At least 2+ years of construction industry experience
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits, and 401(k)
Ability to work onsite in San Dimas, CA
