Role Summary
The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and process guidance
  • Manage and support HR case management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow or similar systems), ensuring proper documentation, triaging, resolution, and escalation of issues
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant execution of workforce actions
  • Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews by gathering required documentation and responding to data requests
  • Maintain HR knowledge articles, process documentation, and standards to ensure consistency and mitigate risk
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, compliance obligations, and appropriate handling of employee matters
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions
  • Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification processes
  • Address walk-in employee inquiries and provide timely support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HR case management systems and structured workflows
  • Ability to clearly explain complex HR or legal concepts to non-HR stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region HR operations
  • Familiarity with cross-functional HR governance models and escalation frameworks
