Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including staffing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate temp agency relationships and workforce planning efforts
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, staffing trends)
  • Oversee timekeeping, payroll support, and invoice reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, I-9, etc.)
  • Support safety programs, workers’ compensation, and compliance training
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR audits
  • Generate reports and provide process improvement recommendations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs

Qualifications – Needed
  • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (generalist or similar role preferred)
  • Experience or strong background in full-cycle HR (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support)
  • Strong background in employment law compliance (FMLA, ADA, I-9, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure
