As a **HR Generalist** here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations and provides guidance to employees and managers across a wide range of HR functions. This role is responsible for administering HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, facilitating employee relations, managing HR compliance, and contributing to initiatives that drive a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and knowledgeable across all core areas of HR.
You will report directly to our **US Electronics & Specialty Materials HR Manager,** and you will work out of our **Spokane, WA** manufacturing operation. This is an onsite role.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment & Onboarding**
+ Coordinate recruitment, including job postings and offer preparation.
+ Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
**Employee Relations**
+ Serve as an accessible point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries.
+ Assist in resolving employee relations issues by investigating concerns and recommending solutions.
+ Support conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
**Policy Administration & Compliance**
+ Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
+ Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
+ Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives

**Physical Requirements**

**MUST HAVE**
+ 2 plus years of HR experience across multiple HR functions.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
+ Prior experience supporting a manufacturing environment

**COMPENSATION**
The annual base salary range for this position is **$75000-89000** . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
