As a **HR Generalist** here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations and provides guidance to employees and managers across a wide range of HR functions. You will report directly to our Director of HR, and you will work onsite out of our **Spokane, WA location. Candidate must be local to the area, or willing to re-locate on their own.** **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment & Onboarding** + Coordinate recruitment, including job postings and offer preparation. + Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience. + Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning. **Employee Relations** + Serve as an accessible point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries. + Assist in resolving employee relations issues by investigating concerns and recommending solutions. + Support conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive workplace environment. **Policy Administration & Compliance** + Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. + Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards. + Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives **Key Competencies** + Employee advocacy & customer service + Critical thinking and sound judgment + Organization and attention to detail + Collaboration and relationship-building + Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities **Physical Requirements** + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. + Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (if applicable). **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities + Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution + Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans + Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization + Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements + Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives + Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations **Qualifications** **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail **WE VALUE** + 2 plus years of HR experience across multiple HR functions. + Knowledge of HRIS systems + HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent). + Prior experience supporting a manufacturing environment **U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS** Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status **COMPENSATION** The annual base salary range for this position is **$70139-87725k** .
