This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Process payroll and administer employee benefits.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Support employee relations, performance management, and HR programs.
Administer Drug & Alcohol Programs and serve as the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and day-to-day HR operations.
3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong experience with recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration.
Experience managing Drug & Alcohol Programs and/or serving as a DER.
Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
$60,000–$65,000 DOE
