Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Conduct and support employee relations investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, corrective action, attendance, policy interpretation, and employee coaching.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, background screenings, and onboarding activities.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.
  • Experience using Workday or comparable HRIS required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
