HR/HRIS-Data Analyst
Duration: 9 Months Location: Milwaukee, WI-53208 In office days are currently Tues, Wed and Thurs Hybrid Model: Yes Daily hours are 8 AM 4:30 Pm Monday-Friday.
Introduction
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support our Human Resources function during a significant HRIS implementation initiative. This temporary role will play a critical dual function: providing hands-on support for project-based data and reporting needs while also backfilling essential operational reporting responsibilities to ensure continuity of service. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, experience working with HR data, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience working with HR data, reporting tools, and/or HR systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support HRIS implementation efforts by assisting with data validation, data migration, reporting design, and system testing activities
- Partner with project teams to develop and refine reports, dashboards, and analytics within the new HRIS environment
- Backfill day-to-day HR reporting operations, including recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, to maintain business continuity
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems during the transition period
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into actionable outputs
- Support process documentation, reporting standardization, and data governance efforts
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes during and after implementation
