    Healthcare Arizona, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona.  We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
      
    Job Summary: the Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team, the ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
     
    Salary Range: $18-21/hour
     
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare all required documentation for new employee orientation
    • Onboard new employees including I-9 Verification and E-Verify
    • Maintain personnel records in the company’s Human Resources Information System
    • Respond to employee questions and route inquiries appropriately
    • Assist with payroll processing and with recruitment activities
    • Manage lobby and all incoming deliveries
    • Order supplies
    • Support consistent application of company policies and procedures
    • Help to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
    • Other duties as assigned
      
    Skills:
    • Bilingual preferred: fluent in Spanish or in Mandarin
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Works well independently and in a group environment.
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in MS365
     
    Preferred Education & Experience:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or administrative role
